Prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted payment methods include:

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock issues, or incorrect pricing.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Customers may request order cancellation before shipping only.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Malaysia only.

General shipping time:

  • 1–3 working days West Malaysia

  • 3–7 working days East Malaysia

These are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or unforeseen disruptions.

Once the parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

7. Risk of Loss

All items purchased are shipped via third-party courier services.
Risk of loss and title pass to you once the package is handed to the courier.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Key points:

  • Returns only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

We do NOT accept returns for:
